The crisis in the Peoples Democratic Party reached the climax today with the seven aggrieved governors of the ruling party joining the All Progressive Party.
Some of the faces at the merger includes Ogbonaya Onu, nPDP chairman, Kawu Baraje, Senator Bukola Saraki, Governor Rotimi Amaechi, former Lagos Governor, Bola Tinubu, chair of the APC, Chief Bisi Akande,
The aggrieved governors of the People’s Democratic Party reached this decision in a meeting held last night at the Kano State governors’ lodge in Abuja. The meeting ended at about 12.30am
The governors are Rabiu Kwankwaso (Kano), Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto), Muazu Aliyu (Niger), Murtala Nyako (Adamawa), Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara), Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers) and Sule Lamido (Jigawa State).
